Informational service

Level Bell provides general technical market monitoring for US-listed stocks and ETFs. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fiduciary, or trading service. Nothing in the service is a recommendation or an instruction to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Market risk and data

Technical signals can be incomplete or wrong, and losses are possible. Data may be delayed, stale, unavailable, corrected, or subject to provider restrictions. You are responsible for independently verifying information before making financial decisions.

Beta availability

The free beta is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. Accounts may be limited or suspended to protect the service. Level Bell currently permits five watched instruments and ten active alerts per free-beta account.

Acceptable use

Do not automate abusive traffic, bypass limits, probe other users’ data, resell data, interfere with service operation, or use Level Bell unlawfully. You retain responsibility for your use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Bell disclaims warranties and is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, data errors, or indirect damages arising from use of the beta.

Use the support page for account or legal questions. Material revisions receive a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
