Data we process

Sign in with ChatGPT supplies an account identifier, email address, and display name. Level Bell stores your watchlist, alerts, notification preferences, policy acceptance, support requests, and operational security records.

Why we use it

We use account data to provide and secure the service, enforce limits, deliver requested notifications, answer support, diagnose incidents, and meet legal obligations. Optional product analytics are disabled by default and require your opt-in.

Providers and retention

Infrastructure, market-data, and email providers process only what is needed for their role. Operational records are retained only for documented security, support, and reliability periods. Market-data rights may restrict redistribution.

Optional TradingView chart

The TradingView chart is an optional third-party display and is not loaded until you choose to load it. That choice is remembered only in this browser. When loaded, your browser connects directly to TradingView, which may receive device, network, and interaction data and may use cookies or similar storage under its own policies. Level Bell does not ingest or store chart-widget market data.

Your choices

You can export your Level Bell data and permanently delete your Level Bell account data from Settings. Deletion does not delete your separate ChatGPT account. Legally required or anonymized security records may be retained.

Security and contact

Level Bell scopes user-owned data to the authenticated platform identity and uses server-side credentials. No internet service is risk-free. Report privacy or security concerns through Support.
